Don’t remember where I first heard him say it but this quote from Jerry Garcia of Grateful Dead fame has always stuck with me:
“You do not merely want to be considered just the best of the best. You want to be considered the only ones who do what you do.”
Jerry and the Grateful Dead were snowflake exemplars to be sure.
